To be eligible for this voluntary return, the product must be unused, unapplied, undamaged and in its original condition.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before returning an item, write to <a href=\"mailto:retours@apprenticonducteur.ca\">retours@apprenticonducteur.ca<\/a>, Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with return instructions and the shipping address. For a change of mind, <strong>The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We initiate the refund of the returned product price upon receipt and verification of the eligible return, using the original payment method. The amount will typically appear in your account under <strong>5 to 10 business days<\/strong> After the refund process begins, depending on your financial institution. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory refund rights.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Custom stickers<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Items specially customized according to the customer&#039;s specifications are generally not eligible for voluntary return simply for a change of mind. This condition does not affect any applicable rights in the event of a defect, non-conformity, or legally permissible cancellation.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defective, damaged or different product from the order<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a sticker you receive is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:retours@apprenticonducteur.ca\">retours@apprenticonducteur.ca<\/a> Please include the order number and, if possible, a photograph of the problem. Our preferred solution is <strong>the free replacement of the product in question<\/strong>, to the appropriate extent. Depending on the situation and legal rights, other solutions, including a refund, may be required. Costs incurred due to a problem for which we are responsible are not treated as a simple voluntary return.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation and legal guarantees<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal warranties applicable in Quebec, including warranties of use, reasonable duration, and conformity, remain fully in effect. The cancellation and refund rights provided for contracts concluded remotely apply independently of our voluntary 30-day policy.
